3. Eligibility
#You must be at least 18 years old to use ELSI. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Account Responsibility
#- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- •You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- •You are responsible for all activity under your account
- •Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
5. Acceptable Use
#You agree NOT to:
- •Use the app for illegal gambling activities
- •Share false or misleading poker data
- •Attempt to access other users’ data
- •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- •Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the app
- •Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- •Use the app to promote illegal gambling to minors

7. AI Coaching Disclaimer
#- •AI coaching is for informational and educational purposes only
- •It does not constitute professional gambling advice
- •We are not responsible for poker decisions made based on AI suggestions
- •AI responses are generated and may not always be accurate
8. Not a Gambling Platform
#ELSI is a tracking and coaching tool, not a gambling platform. We do not:
- •Facilitate real-money poker games
- •Process gambling transactions
- •Offer odds or betting services
- •Encourage gambling behavior
The app is designed to help players improve their skills and manage their bankroll responsibly.
9. Intellectual Property
#- •The app, its design, code, and content are owned by ELSI
- •User-generated content (sessions, notes, hands) remains your property
- •You grant us a license to store and process your data to provide the service
- •The “ELSI” name, logo, and branding are trademarks
10. Limitation of Liability
#- •ELSI is provided “as is” without warranties
- •We are not liable for poker losses or gambling-related damages
- •We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures
- •Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
11. Termination
#- •You can delete your account at any time
- •We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
- •Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
12. Changes to Terms
#We may update these terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
#These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
